Prof. Zhou Guojiang

Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, China


Professor Zhou is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of coal chemical industry, new energy materials and related majors. Has presided over the completion of more than 10 key projects of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Province, etc. Participated in the national "863" project "Research on Low-nitrogen Reduction of Ultra-fine Pulverized Coal in Coal-fired Boiler", National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on Mechanism of Coal Flotation Reagents and Ultrasonic Enhanced Desulfurization and Ash Reduction", international cooperation project "Preparation of expandable graphite by low-sulfur oxidation-resistant electrochemical method" and other projects, including coal blending coking technology, industrial boiler particle clean coal technology, new graphite anode material, super high purity graphite research, etc.

In recent years, he has published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals such as Journal of Coal, Coal Science and Technology and Energy & Fuel. And editor-in-chief participated in compiling 3 national planning textbooks and unified textbooks, published 1 academic monograph, won 2 national invention patents, won 4 third prizes for scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes for scientific and technological progress award of coal industry, and 5 scientific and technological progress awards of the city (office).

Prof. Liguo Wei 

Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, China


Wei Liguo, a professor at Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, is the tutor of master's degree students. He is a member of chinese chemical society and American Chemical Society, and serves as a reviewer of several international SCI journals. He is mainly engaged in preparation and performance optimization of electrode materials for dye-sensitized solar cells, development and utilization of graphene downstream products, preparation and performance research of electrochemical energy storage and electrocatalytic materials, etc. He has presided over one general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one research project of education and teaching reform in Heilongjiang Province, and completed two projects of post-doctoral fund in Heilongjiang Province and one project of education department in Heilongjiang Province. As the main completer, he participated in the completion of more than 10 national-level projects such as the National "973" Project, the National Science and Technology Support Program Project and the National Natural Science Foundation Project, and more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level research projects. He won 1 second prize of scientific and technological progress at bureau level and 9 authorized invention patents. He has published more than 60 scientific research papers, including more than 50 sci and EI retrieval papers.

Prof. Wu Peng

Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, China


Professor Wu Peng is the academic leader of chemical engineering and technology in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, and the tutor of master students. She is an environmental impact assessment engineer and an expert in the expert group of ecological environment of Harbin Environmental Protection Committee. Mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of the performance and application of new carbon materials and clean utilization of low-rank coal. She has presided over and participated in many national natural science foundation projects, key research projects of provincial science and technology department, natural science foundation projects of Heilongjiang province and education department projects of Heilongjiang province. She has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, in addition to 3 authorized invention patents and 2 utility model patents. She has published two academic monographs such as Industrial Clean Granular Fuel Technology. As the editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief, she compiled three "Twelfth Five-Year Plan Textbooks" for national coal higher education. She has won many provincial and municipal scientific research awards, such as Heilongjiang Science and Technology Progress Award, Xi 'an Science and Technology Progress Award, Shaanxi University Science and Technology Award, Coal Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Award and hegang Science and Technology Progress Award.

A. Prof. Xiaoming Zhang

Hebei University of Technology

Prof. Zhang, male, born in 1987, is an associate professor and a doctoral supervisor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hebei University of Technology. He has won the honorary title of "Yuanguang Scholar" of the Hebei University of Technology, and has been selected into the Tianjin Youth Talent Support Project, the Tianjin "131" Innovative Talents Training Project, the list of outstanding youth scientific and technological talents of the 2020 Tianjin Innovative Talent Promotion Plan. He is also the winner of the Vebleo Scientist Award and the World's Top 2% Scientists 2020.

Prof. Zhang's main research interests include topological electronic materials, electronic crystals, new electronic functional materials and other new materials and physical properties.Over the past three years, he has chaired two projects and engaged in one project as the major participant supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As a Hebei Outstanding Youth Fund receiver, he has chaired two projects and one talent project supported by provincial and ministerial natural science funds.

Prof. Zhang has been invited to more than 10 international/domestic academic conferences during the past five years, including six as keynote speakers. Plus, he has published more than 100 SCI academic papers in internationally renowned journals in his research field, more than 60 of which as the first/correspondent author.



Prof. Kun Liang

Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, CAS

Professor Liang obtained his Ph.D degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2015. After that, he joined Prof. Yang Yang’s group as a Postdoctoral Associate and Preeminent Postdoctoral Fellow in Nanoscience Technology Center at University of Central Florida. In 2018, he joined Prof. Michael Naguib’s group as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tulane University. On August 2021, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Acadeny of Scienece as a professor. Prof. Liang’s research focuses on developing new two-dimensional nanomaterials with precisely controlled chemical composition and morphology and exploration of novel applications in energy generation and storage and flexible electronics. Prof. Liang pulished 23 papers as a first author in high impact journals (e.g. Advanced Energy Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Energy Letters, Nano Energy). He also filed 4 US patents and one was issued. He is actively involved in professional activities, especially within the energy generation and storage community. For example, as a journal peer-reviewer, he reviewed over 130 manuscripts for 20 different journals, including high impact journals like Advanced Materials and Advanced Energy Materials.
